Prohibited Use of Audio/Visual Recording Devices
Dear Valued Customer
We are aware and support the fact that customers and consumer public are equipping their vehicles with dash cameras and or similar audio-visual recording devices as a means of providing information and evidence where an incident has occurred, or safety is of concern.
If your car is fitted with a dash camera or other surveillance device, we request that you remove or disable this device prior to us undertaking work on or driving your car. This request is to protect employees and ensure that laws regarding surveillance within the workplace are complied with. Denmor Automotive reserves the right to disable or obstruct the device if you fail to comply with this request.
Please note, under no circumstances will any vehicle be worked on or driven for any purpose by Denmor Automotive unless all audio-visual recording devices that are fitted to the vehicle are removed or deactivated.
If Denmor Automotive disconnects your dash camera or device, a large yellow hanger will be fitted to the mirror as an indication this disconnection has taken place and a reminder that the device has been disabled.
